## Description
Install the Zap logging library for structured logging.

## Requirements
- Install `go.uber.org/zap` v1.26.0+
- Add to `go.mod` with proper version constraints

## Implementation Steps
1. Run `go get go.uber.org/zap@v1.26.0`
2. Run `go mod tidy`
3. Verify package in `go.mod`
